Air Caledonie (Air Caledonia) early DHC-6 schemes P2

In roughly the period 1974-1977 (wish there was a web page that set out the time frames for the different marking variations, there isn't ) a scheme consisting of White upper and metallic Grey lower surfaces with Dark Blue fuselage bands and tail, plus upper engine cowlings. There is White pin striping on the fuselage band and the 'Aircal' name was also White along with the spinners. Black regos on fuselage and under wing. F-OCGF, F-OCQD, and F-OCQZ are known to have been in this scheme.

This scheme was photographed on F-OCQF in 1979. Only one I have seen but others may have been like this. We can't tell because of lack of images.

Overall White with Blue fuselage band, 'Air Caledonie' titles and regos (both outline form) and on engine cowls. Also wing and tail plane end plates, and spinners are also Blue. Nose and anti-glre panel plus exhaust area on the engines are all Black. The tail insignia is a coppery colour in the image. For the image see https://twinotterworld.com/msn-313

In 1980 F-OCQF, along with F-OCQZ and F-ODGL were painted in the scheme below. Basically a White fuselage, with Blue/ Yellow-Orange 'bird' tail logo. Medium Blue band, regos, 'Air Caledonie' titles, engine cowls, spinners and flying surfaces end plates. Black nose, anti-glare panel and exhaust areas. This is a nice looking scheme.
